Millions of people with disabilities rely on accessible websites every day. We believe every organization — regardless of budget — should have the tools to identify and fix accessibility barriers. The GetWCAG Nonprofit Program makes that possible.

How to apply

    Send us an email

    with the subject line "Nonprofit Program Application". Tell us about your organization and the website you'd like to scan.info@getwcag.com

  2. 02

    We review your application

    We verify your nonprofit status and respond within 2–3 business days. Qualifying organizations include registered nonprofits, NGOs, charities, and open-source community projects.

  3. 03

    Start scanning for free

    Once approved, your account is activated with 60 free page scans per month, automatically renewed each month for as long as you remain in the program.

    Link back to GetWCAG

    Add a small 'Powered by GetWCAG' link on your website — a footer link or accessibility statement mention works perfectly. That's all we ask.

Who qualifies?

  • Registered nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3) or equivalent)
  • Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and charities
  • Open-source community projects and foundations
  • Educational institutions and public libraries
  • Government-funded social services and civic groups

We review each application individually. Commercial entities, political organizations, and for-profit companies are not eligible for this program.

Program access is contingent on maintaining nonprofit status. If an organization no longer qualifies due to a change in structure, ownership, or purpose, we reserve the right to close the account without prior notice. Using the program to scan websites of for-profit entities is considered misuse and will result in immediate account termination.

Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed. Due to limited availability, we may decline applications even from qualifying organizations if we have reached capacity. We prioritize applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
